«Äh, the fall of the wall. Ähm, there has been so much dynamic in the new members of the European Union. And i do not mean only the economic dynamic, i mean the dynamic of the society. If, äh, i would compare this sometimes to the old EU 50, ähm, we could learn that the key-u for a successfull welfare state, a successfull economy, is the dynamic of the society. Is the will to reach very ambitious aims. And perhaps this is something what we in the last years lost in our mentality, or lost to much in our mentality. For example: If i look to, ähm, what we got today. We got today the new unemployment rates, and when i listen to the government, and, ähm, i hear there that 11 percent or 10.8 percent unemployment rate, äh, and the “der Aufschwung ist da”, this is not ambitious enough. Ähm, the aim for example, for the german society, should not be to come from the last place with the growth rate in the European Union to the second last or to the thirst last. Our aim, our issue, should be to reach once again the top again. And, ähm, this is what we can learn, i think, at the moment. Much more of course…» (Und alle so: Boni! Boni! Boni!)
